CASA AZUL - Blue HouseCasa Azul is a Mexican casa with a large 2 bedroom apartment, "Abajo", downstairs and an open air second floor consisting of two apartments, "Nido" and "Arriba", each with a large private balcony with bay views. Nido is a cozy single room apartment. Arriba is a palapa style apartment with a king size bed in a sleeping loft. All the apartments are colorfully decorated with Mexican crafts and have fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms and ceiling fans to encourage the ocean breezes.The three apartments can be rented separately or together.

Casa Azul - "ABAJO""Downstairs at the blue house" is an airy, two bedroom unit with a large living and dining area. Abajo can sleep up to 6 people with a double bed and two single beds in the bedrooms and two single sofa-beds in the living area. This economical unit is adjacent to the lovely outdoor patio area with hammock and table and chairs. Abajo is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling together. Non-smoking.
Prices include all taxes. One week minimum stay.
Prices are for 2 persons. Add $10 per day for each additional person. Maximum is 6 persons. |

Casa Azul - "ARRIBA"The "blue house - upstairs" is a true tropical hideaway with an open air design to catch sea breezes and the sound of the surf. It has a thatch palapa roof and a loft bedroom with a king size bed. Kitchen, living and dining areas are adjacent to the large, private balcony. A sofa-bed in the living area may be used for a third person or child. Views of the bay from the balcony - and from the shower! Non-smoking.
Prices include all taxes. One week minimum stay.
Prices are for 2 persons. Add $10 per day for an additional person. Maximum is 3 persons. |

Casa Azul - "NIDO"This cozy "nest", Nido is a romantic hideaway for two, with an open air design under a high ceiling with a red tile roof. The accomodations include a double bed, private bath, kitchen and a large, private balcony with a dining table and a sun bed - all with a view of Zihuatanejo bay and sounds of the surf. Enjoy breakfast under the umbrella on the balcony while watching the hummingbirds. Non-smoking.
Prices include all taxes. One week minimum stay.

New This Year-
Each year we improve the accomodations at Casa Azul. This year, in additional to the usual maintenance and painting, we planted additional trees and flowers and also upgraded security provisions including additional lights and a digital safe in each apartment. These safes are sized to accommodate a laptop, cameras and cellphones (14.5w x 4.75h x 11.5d) and you set your own code - up to 8 digits. |
Payment and Cancellation PolicyPrices include all taxes.Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a payment equal to 50% of the quoted rate. Payment of the balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior for Christmas). Payments must be in US Dollars: By check or electronic payment to a US bank, By PayPal or By credit card. If cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas), payment will be returned, less 10% of the quoted rate if the unit can be re-rented. If cancellation occurs later, payment may not be returned in full. |
