CASA AZUL - Blue House Casa Azul is a Mexican casa with a large 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and an open air second floor consisting of two apartments, each with a large private balcony with bay views. One apartment is a cozy single room; the other a palapa style with a king size bed in a sleeping loft. All the apartments are colorfully decorated with Mexican crafts and locally made bamboo furniture and each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and ceiling fans to encourage the ocean breezes. The three apartments can be rented separately or together. Casa Azul is located above Madera Beach in a friendly residential neighborhood with lots of trees, flowers and birds and delightful ocean breezes from the bay. The Casa is a 5 minute walk to the beach. An additional 5 minutes walking along Madera Beach will take you past beach restaurants to the center of town. La Ropa beach is also an easy walk from Casa Azul. |

"blue house - upstairs" is a true tropical hideaway with an open air
design to catch sea breezes and the sound of the surf. It has a thatch palapa roof and a loft
bedroom with a king size bed. Kitchen, living and dining areas are adjacent
to the large, private balcony. A sofa-bed in the living area may be used for a
third person or child. Views of the bay from the balcony - and from the
shower! Non-smoking.

Payment and
Cancellation Policy Prices include all taxes. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a payment equal to 50% of the quoted rate. Payment of the balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior for Christmas). Payments must be made by check or electronic payment in US Dollars to a US bank. If cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas), payment will be returned, less 10% of the quoted rate if the unit can be re-rented.
