Zihuatanejo - a tropical retreat
Located on Mexico's Pacific coast north of Acapulco, Zihuatanejo (see wha tah NAY ho) retains its character as a sleepy fishing village with beautiful beaches. Zihuatanejo offers a relaxed environment with boats at anchor in the harbor, a fisherman's market on the beach, an open air fruit and vegetable market, seafood restaurants under the palm trees, and very friendly people. It also has fine shops and gourmet restaurants, all manner of water sports, an active night life, and interesting visitors from around the world. All the ingredients for a memorable vacation.

CASA AZUL - Blue House
Casa Azul is a Mexican casa with a large 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and a palapa style open air design second floor consisting of two apartments, each with 1 bedroom and a large private balcony. All the apartments have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms. Located above Madera Beach in a friendly residential neighborhood, Casa Azul is a 5 minute walk to the beach down an access path. An additional 5 minutes walking along Madera Beach will take you past beach restaurants to the center of town. La Ropa beach is about a 20 minute walk from Casa Azul. The three apartments can be rented separately or together.

"Downstairs at the blue house" is an airy, two bedroom unit with a large living and dining area. Abajo can sleep up to 6 people with a double bed and two single beds in the bedrooms and two single sofa-beds in the living area. This economical unit is adjacent to the lovely outdoor patio area with hammock and table and chairs. Abajo is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling together. Non-smoking.

The "blue house - upstairs" is a true tropical hideaway with an open air design to catch sea breezes. It has a thatch palapa roof and a loft bedroom with a king bed. Kitchen, living and dining areas are adjacent to the private balcony. A sofa-bed in the living area may be used for a third person or child. Views of the bay from the balcony - and from the shower! Non-smoking.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Prices include all taxes.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a payment equal to 50% of the quoted rate.
Payment of the balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival (90 days prior for Christmas/New Years).
Payments must be made by check in US Dollars for deposit in US.
If cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years), payment will be returned, less 10% of the quoted rate if the unit can be re-rented.
If a later cancellation occurs, payment will not be returned in full.
