Casa Azul is a Mexican casa with a large 2 bedroom apartment, "Abajo", downstairs
and an open air second floor consisting of two
apartments, "Nido" and "Arriba", each with a large private balcony with bay views. Nido is a cozy single room apartment. Arriba is a palapa style apartment with a king size bed in a sleeping loft. All the apartments are colorfully decorated with Mexican crafts and have fully
equipped kitchens, private bathrooms and ceiling fans to encourage the ocean breezes.
The three apartments may be
rented separately or together.
Located on the hill above La Madera Beach in a
friendly residential neighborhood with lots of trees, flowers and birds
and delightful ocean breezes from the bay, the Casa is a 5 minute walk
to La Madera beach. An additional 5 minute walk along the beach will
take you past beach restaurants to fisherman's beach and the center of town.

Zihuatanejo (see
wha tah NAY ho), on Mexico's Pacific coast north of Acapulco, retains its
character as a sleepy fishing village with beautiful beaches, boats at anchor in the
harbor, a fisherman's market on the beach, and open air fruit and
vegetable markets. It also has seafood restaurants under
the palm trees, fine shops, all manner of water sports,
an active night life, and interesting visitors from around the world.
